This book FOUND ME. I read it at a time in my life in which I felt I had NO ONE who understood me. Denise's word touch me DEEP IN MY HEART....I broke down immediately after reading her book. Her words have reassured me that God is alive and well within each of us. That we must continue to fight the fight because he has yet to get up on us!

Hello cousin I loved the book it was so inspirational and gave me hope. It made me start believing in myself more and see that its ok to walk in faith I have had some unfortunate things happen to me in my early child hood that I still deal with to this day but, your book has helped me see that what happened to me is not a tragedy but a testimony and I no longer ask god why but I thank him for allowing me to make it through. Your book has shown me that we all have to walk through the rain before we can make it to shelter. The saying never judge a book by its cover couldn't be more true, I never would have known Naima could have gone through so much with the humble, loving spirit she has. I couldn't put Rhythm of Rage down once I started reading it. This book shows what God can do with our lives. A Passion of Thorns is just as phenomenal. Both are "Must Reads". God is really using you to spread the word of His Goodness, Grace and Mercy.

I have read both "Rage" and "Thorns" oh my God what a blessing! I've always been a believer that the way to overcome is to tell it! The Word of God tells us that we overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and our testimony. I was told often that we should not share our "business" and that we should just trust God and pretty much suffer in silence. but I thank God that He used you to bless so many. Many more will be blessed as word of these awesome projects begins to spread like fire. Be blessed forever my Sister, you are a She-ro for many! Know that nothing is in vain as long as God gets the glory!
